Following last years huge fleet investment we have considerable investment planned again for this year.

Powered Access

We have added three new models to complete our comprehensive low level offering.

Snorkel 3215E and 3010E Self propelled Scissor Lifts

We chose Snorkel machines for our move into self propelled machines following extensive evaluation of the products on the market culminating in a factory tour of the Snorkel manufacturing facility in Newcastle.

We have also added the Eco Lift from Power Towers.  We have purchased eight machines so far following the success of the smaller Peco Lifts we added last year. Like the Peco this requires no charging and is manually wound up and down.

2.2m Max Platform

We have also added 4 more Powertowers following the demand for the machines purchased last year.  These great machines give a maximum platform height of 3.1m

Hilti Breakers

15 additional machines added to the fleet.  Across the TE500, TE700 and TE1000 models.

Surface Preperation

We have partnered with Trelawny as our preferred supplier of the above equipment.  We have so far added.

Dehumidifiers

Another purchase from this years Hire Show were two Compact dehumidifiers. These great machine from Dri-Eaz add to our fleet and are ideal for small rooms and bathrooms. Call now for great rates.

 Patio Heaters

Seen on our anual visit to the Executive Hire Show at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. These Patio Heaters are on order. Arriving March/April.  Much more stylish than the traditional ones and collapses down for storage.

Alloy Tower

We have started the new year with another delivery from Eurotowers of more alloy tower and podium steps.  We now have in excess of seventy pairs of podium steps with more on order.

Site Box

 More Site Boxes arrived this week. We now have over thirty site boxes available for hire including   4x2x2 and 4x4x2. Both are available with or without wheels.

Gas Hoist

Genie Gas Hoists added to the fleet.  Once again to meet the needs of our ever imncreasing customer base we have added these and they are available now.

February 2012

At the beginning of February our Directors visited the above show. The Executive Hire Show is the only dedicated Hire Industry exhibition and brings together all the key suppliers in one place. We always make the time to attend to ensure we keep abreast of all the latest product developments that may be of a benefit to our customers.

We made a number of additions to our fleet and here are the pick of them.

12 x Eurotowers 1.25m Podium Steps with Anti Surf Option.

These great podiums were at the top of our list and to keep up with the latest Health and Safety options we now offer these as standard with 4 wheels or with 2 wheels and 2 anti surf plates. Once again we are delighted to have the support of EuroTowers for all our aluminium access products.

  4 x Sumner Material Lifts

After careful evaluation of the various manufacturers of these type of machines we have decided to compliment our existing fleet with four Sumner machines.  These are well built machines and the manufacturer holds all spare parts in stock in the UK allowing us to turnaround any repairs quickly minimising downtime. 

2 x Belle 12" Plate Compactors

These machines are very popular with our Trade and DIY customers alike. They are lightweight and can be easily lifted by one person in and out of a car boot yet offer great compaction performance.  Call now for great rates.

A 3" Submersible Pump from Obart Pumps.

This is our first 3" pump and we only had to look in one place.  All our pumps are Tsurumi supplied by Obart. They are great machines and the team at Obart are always on hand to offer any advice we may need.

November/December 2011

This months highlight is another example of us responding to demand and if we cannot source products for our customers then we will add it to our fleet.  On this occasion it was these great heavy duty rubble trucks. These are very popular again with our clients working in the refurbishment and fit out sectors allowing them an effective method of transporting waste through offices, shops etc.  The first units arrived Mid November and we then bought the rest of the Manufacturers UK stock which arrived just before christmas.  Call now for great rates on this product.

October 2011

To meet the needs of both existing and new customers operating in the refurbishment and fit out sectors we have added 12 x Plasterboard Trolleys to our fleet. We challenge you to find another hire depot with this quantity available.

 September 2011

The highlight of this months fleet additions has to be the new Hilti TE3000 Heavy duty Breaker.  This electric machine offers the power of a heavy Air Breaker which runs from a compressor.

May 2011

This month we have added 2 more Hilti Laser Levels to our fleet bringing the total to 6.

The PR26 is a great machine offering increased visibility with green laser technology. THis machine is very popular with both interior finishing and construction customers.

January 2011

We are still adding to our fleet to meet the needs of our ever increasing customer base.

This month we have added more MKII Podium Steps and two SPE MS330 Multistrippers.

Since the MS 330 launch this heavy duty power driven machine has proved to be a popular choice setting new industry standards for all strippers of this type to be judged by. By combining many unique features in one machine the MS 330 offers the user a totally effortless high performance stripping machine for the removal of materials in the toughest possible conditions.

Whilst many of our competitors continue to flood the auctions and reduce their fleet sizes we are continuing to invest in our fleet to meet the demands of our ever increasing customer base.

This month we have added:

Two new Hilti Self Levelling Laser Levels.

And our first Airless Paint Sprayer.

NOVEMBER 2009

New to the fleet this month is this new 12" Electric Cut Off Saw from Hilti.

This gives a dustless option when used with a Dust extraction Vac for cutting door openings etc.

Maximum cutting depth of 120mm with a depth guage fitted.

SEPTEMBER 2009

Following conversations with many of our customers we have seen a need for a dust extraction solution when working with chipping hammers and concrete breakers. Having initially seen a suitable solution at an exhibition back in February we stuck to our policy of matching our hire fleet to the needs and demands of our customers and have made a considerable investment in the Enviroboots.

This is the two different models and they can be adapted to fit the majority of breakers on the market.

It creates a vacuum chamber around the base of the machine significantly reducing the amount of airborn dust when paired with a suitable vacuum.  It can also decrease noise levels and maintain operator visibility.

Early feedback from end users not only confirms the obvious Health and Safety benefits but have also shown a considerable time saving through less mess to clear at the end of the job.

  This great machine from another of our well trusted suppliers again is a leader in its field. This machine has many great safety features as standard and an intergrated 33l steel water tank.

  MAY 2009

  New to the fleet this month are two machines ideally suited for professional landscapers and keen gardeners alike.

  As you would have expected from us both these machines are the best machines on the market and give you the opportunity to hire the best tool for the job.

  First we have the Camon C90 Chipper/Shredder with a 2.5" chipping capacity. It is petrol driven and powered by a honda 6.5hp engine.

                         

  Secondly we have added another turf cutter to meet growing demand. This time we have gone for the Camon TC09 the brand new machine from this leading groundscare manufacturer. 

  The TC07 is a highly effective self-propelled machine that will cut a strip of turf cleanly, quickly and effortlessly. Features of this machine include a double vibration mount that significantly reduces the Hand Arm vibration and hardened reversible blade for extra durability.

                      

   APRIL 2009

  We have today taken delivery of our latest quantity of Alloy Tower from Eurotowers.

  We have dealt with Eurotowers from day one and now possess great depth in stock of both single and double width. This latest delivery also included some more Staircase Towers. These towers give platform heights between 1.5m and 4.2m and are very popular with our trade and DIY customers.

  Eurotowers was established in 1991 and have become one of the leading suppliers of Aluminium towers and access products in the world.

        

  MARCH 2009

  To meet customer demand and as part of our aim to offer the best kit in terms of performance and health and safety we have added a considerable number of the latest Hilti Breakers and combihammers to our fleet.

  The breakers including the TE40, TE50/60, the new TE80 and the TE905 lead the field in terms of hand arm vibration.

  As part of this purchase we have also added a Hilti DD120 diamond drilling rig and a DD130 Wet/Dry Diamond Drill.

   

  FEBRUARY 2009

  Just in time for the Peak Gardening Season We have added a Camon Petrol Aerator to our fleet. This is the aerator on the market and fits with our policy of only buying the best for our customers.

  It is available with hollow or solid tines. So whether you are a professional landscaper or a keen gardener with a problem lawn we have the tool for you.

   

  

  Why Aerate?

  Two Main reasons

  1. Remove sub-surface thatch - If your lawn has an excess of thatch or heavy organic matter, it will starve the roots from essential water and nutrients.

  2. Relieve Compaction - Areas of your lawn may have become compacted, preventing proper circulation of air, water and nutrients within the soil, all key to a healthy lawn.

  Aerating Will:

  • Improve air access to the roots and soil
  • Allow water to soak into the soil and reach the root system.
  • Loosen tight compacted soil and allow the root system to grow.
  • Help to break up thatch allowing (yes you guessed it) the root system to grow.
